The guarantee is on the $299. We build it, you look at it, and if you're not happy you say so and we refund the lot. No forms, no "but we did the work", no argument. Since the $299 covers your first two months, there is nothing else to refund and nothing to cancel.
What the $99 a month covers, from month three. Hosting, the domain and its renewal, your business email, backups, security and every change you ask for. It's a 12-month minimum from the day you go live, then month-to-month. The domain is registered in your name and if you ever leave we hand it straight over, free.
"Unlimited changes" means changes, not a second website. Text, prices, photos, hours, a new service page — all included, as many as you like. An online shop or a booking system is a different job, and we'll quote it before we start — you'll never get a surprise invoice.
